- Once a borrower completes their ECF on their Savi account, an email will be sent to their employer for signature. Once the email is received, HR representatives need to click on the link in the email labeled "Complete ECF"
2. The link will bring you to a page showing you information on the borrower in question. You can either click "Continue" or "There's an Issue".
- If there is a problem with the form, or you need to decline to sign the ECF click "There's an Issue" to be directed to page where you can leave a note and have a ticket created for Savi CS to reach out to the borrower
3. Click Continue to begin entering information about the employer. If we have a verified employer on file, this information will be prefilled.
4. Click "Save and Continue" to move to the next section. Here you will enter the borrowers employment information.
5. Click "Save and Continue" to move to the next section. Here you will enter your information including name, title, and phone number
6. Click "Save and Continue" to move on to the next section. Here you will enter your signature
7. Before clicking "Sign and Approve" you will be able to view the completed form before you submit it
8. When you are ready to submit the ECF just click "Sign and Approve" and we will send the for to FSA for processing.
