How should borrowers get in touch with Savi?
Savi’s support team wants to make sure borrower's questions are answered as quickly as possible! Savi has several options for our Essential and Pro users: Live chat, email support, technical support, and scheduled one-on-one phone calls (Pro only).
To email Savi, borrowers should:
- Log into their Savi account at: https://app.bysavi.com/account/login
- Click on the “Contact Support” button on the bottom left side of their dashboard.
- Leave a message for our team (and be as detailed as possible!) and one of our team members will follow up as quickly as possible.
To engage with "Live Chat", borrowers should:
- Click the "Help" button located in the lower right portion of the Application Dashboard, or on any step within the Savi Application.
To Schedule a call (Pro users only), borrowers should:
- Click "Contact Support" on the bottom left side of the dashboard.
- Choose the "Schedule a Call" option to book a call with a member of the Savi team.
- Borrowers will receive an email confirmation once the call is scheduled.
Communicating with the Savi team through one's account is the quickest way to get in touch with us.
PlEASE NOTE: Borrowers may receive periodic emails from other Savi email addresses (community@bysavi.com, partners@bysavi.com, no-reply@bysavi.com), but these are used for marketing purposes ONLY and are not monitored by our Support team.
